		<description>This is a great article, I actually went for an interview January 2010 &amp; was asked what exactly do BA&#039;s do, I did give them an answer but it was a waffle &amp; I am sure I will not be getting the job.but now I am convident I will be able to give a better answer next time</description>

This is a great post. It is simple, concise and educative. However, i think young starters myself will like to know more than just what a BA does. Can you please make a post on what you consider paramount for someone considering a BA career in terms of hard/soft skills, personality traits, job experience, education and training etc. I also want to ask how broad can a BA career be? i read a post talking about a BA being a Product Manager, and from your post (this one), a BA seems similar to a project manager and even more needed in a typical IT project than a PM.
